Never touched a board? No worries. We’ll guide you through every step — from getting comfortable in the ocean, to understanding wave timing, standing up with confidence, and riding your first clean line. Our beginner classes are safe, supportive, and seriously fun — taught in mellow breaks, with close coaching and zero pressure. You’ll leave knowing how to read waves, paddle like a local, and love the process.

Travis Tunnicliffe
(Aka Tuna)
Born with a board under his arm and salt in his veins, Travis has been riding waves his whole life. Inspired by his father, a true soul surfer, Travis grew up surfing daily — turning passion into purpose. By 22, he was teaching in Maui. By 33, he’d made the ocean his full-time calling, blending surf instruction with ocean photography.
His journey has taken him from the Pacific to Africa, alongside his wife — a Colombian surf photographer — capturing waves and sharing stoke across continents. Today, you’ll find him at Casa del Golfo in El Salvador, where he’s not just teaching — he’s creating powerful connections between people and the sea.

Stramszky
Pete’s journey with surfing began in 2021 on the rugged coastlines of Portugal, where he lived, coached, and immersed himself in the rhythm of the ocean. What started as a personal pursuit quickly evolved into a full-time passion — leading surf camps, organizing retreats, and capturing surf culture through film.
Originally from Hungary, where he’s ranked 13th nationally, Pete blends global surf knowledge with sharp technical insight. From skate-based training to video analysis and surf theory, his coaching style is thoughtful, professional, and designed to bring out the best in every student. Today, he shares his craft at Casa del Golfo in El Salvador — helping surfers of all levels feel at home in the water and push beyond what they thought possible.
